Ukukhula means "growth" in Zulu. The mission of Ukukhula is to grow entrepreneurs; mentally, spiritually, and financially. We are a community of experienced entrepreneurs, investors and business advisers from all over the world. Over the past decades, we have founded, incubated, accelerated, scaled, and sold dozens of companies.

Along the way we too have made many mistakes. Some of our startups even went bankrupt, before we became successful entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur, that's all part of the learning-curve. Now we are ready to take those lessons and pass them on. Today we coach and mentor founders from idea to scaling. And, at the right time, we can help to arrange funding.

- We invest solely in startups based in the Netherlands; we get on board during seeding or immediate after that. Series A or B are not our forte;
- We work solely with founder teams that would like to be actively coached and facilitated by us through incubation and acceleration;
- We work solely with founder teams that are permeated with the Conscious Capitalism philosophy;
- We invest solely in companies that develop new disruptive technologies to viably commercialize:
- meat, fish, and dairy products or alternatives that don't require to keep or kill animals,
- health, longevity & vitality for humans and all living things globally,
- energy that is truly sustainable and leaves (almost) no environmental footprint anywhere,
- sustainable packaging and environmental-friendly alternatives to plastics and PFAS,
- transport of materials, goods, and people that leaves (almost) no environmental footprint anywhere,
- the automated and autonomous conversion of unseparated garbage into valuable raw materials,
- soil, water & air cleanup and purification.
- We investment solely in technologies that bring the singularity forward (like genetics, nanotechnology, robotics, and artificial intelligence).
